- Dragon Wings Relic - Ashes of the Damned. Standard power-up drops stop appearing, including special-round ammo drops, so ammo planning matters more on longer runs.
- Lawyer's Pen Relic - Ashes of the Damned. Loot-looking Mimic props can appear around the map. Approaching one can wake it up and turn a simple pickup check into a Mimic fight.

- Rocket Relic - Paradox Junction. Scorestreaks cannot be used.
- Summoning Key Relic - Paradox Junction. Zombies explode when killed, and the blast can damage you if you stay too close to the body.
- Mangler Helmet Relic - Paradox Junction. The Arsenal is disabled.
- Power Switch Relic - Totenreich. Your lethal and tactical equipment changes at the start of each round, so long-term equipment planning becomes unreliable.
- Wrestler's Belt Relic - Totenreich. Wall-buy weapons randomize each round.
- Dancing Arnie Relic - Totenreich. Perk machines become cursed and dispense random perks.
- Stuffed Elephant Relic - Totenreich. Health regeneration takes longer to begin.
- Agarthan Device Relic - Totenreich. The map rotates a different zombie variant into each round.
