Save note: Unsafe; the pistol can disappear after a reload.
Unlock requirements
- Reach round 20 and pick up the grey pistol.
- Kill exactly the same number of enemies as the round number when the pistol was collected.
- Potential pistol spots include the Observatory Dome, Luminarium, Machina Astralis bar, and Archives of Orbis bookshelf area.
- Stop using the pistol as soon as the target count is reached, finish the round with another weapon, and wait for the portal.
Trial rules and prep
Fight through four waves with a Pack-a-Punch I pistol. Waves 1 and 3 are progress waves; HVT waves can include Klaus units, a Mimic, and an Uber Klaus.
- Avoid passive kill sources like Elemental Pop or Wisp Tea while counting.
- Rarity upgrades and Insta-Kill help, but stop using the pistol the moment the kill count matches the round.
- Use the weapon stats menu to confirm the pistol kill count.
