Portal: Destroyed Nuketown, Green House balcony.

Save note: Safe before round 60, but the Mystery Box bunny steps must be repeated after a reload.

Unlock requirements

Do not run the Seed relic while setting this up.
Charge Mr. Peeks, then spin the Mystery Box in both Past and Destroyed Nuketown until the bunny appears.
Use the Field Upgrade, take each bunny, and place them on the matching Yellow House mailboxes.
On round 60 or later, recover the ultra knife from a mailbox and kill the HVT Mimic using only that knife.

Survive six waves with reduced health and no armor. Waves 1, 2, 4, and 5 build progress; waves 3 and 6 can bring Doppelghast and Rad Hound HVTs.

Ray Gun or Sundergat should stay in hand whenever possible.
Make Quick Revive with Dying Wish permanent before attempting the trial.
Extra health, Free Throw, Mask of Distraction, PhD slide movement, Kazimirs, and War Machines are all high-value safety tools.
