Cursed requirement: Cursed Mode Tier 1, 2, or 3 required.
Portal: Zarya Cosmodrome, along the path toward Yuri's Lab.
Save note: Unsafe once Chompy progress has started.
Unlock steps
- Before round 40, feed Chompy one weapon from each rarity tier: common, uncommon, rare, epic, and legendary.
- On round 40 or later, place a Wonder Weapon into the Chompy bin to finally open the portal.
- Enter the Zarya Cosmodrome portal after the Wonder Weapon deposit registers.
Trial rules and prep
Ammo Caches and Max Ammo drops are unavailable. Waves 1, 3, and 4 build progress; waves 2 and 5 can lean heavily on Doppelghast HVTs, with Mimics possible.
- Start with a grey pistol as early as possible so the common tier is not left until the round climb.
- Listen for Chompy before depositing a weapon. If the bin is quiet, do not sacrifice an important gun into the wrong state.
- Do the chain in one session. The rarity sacrifices are not reliable after saving.
- Mule Kick with extra stock ammo makes the no-ammo-cache trial more forgiving.
- Enter with full magazines and a weapon that has comfortable reserves, because a long HVT zombie wave can punish reload-heavy builds.
- Keep Wonder Weapon ammo for HVT zombies instead of spending it on low-threat zombies.
